A Look & Feel design in line with your organization’s graphical guidelines will be proposed to you. This graphical design will be used as a basis for the animation style used throughout your content. Also the tone-of-voice is very important and must reflect your “soul”.

The voice-over text of the approved storyboard will be read by a professional native speaking voice artist and recorded in a professional studio. At the start of the project we’ll present you with a range of popular, professional voices.

5. Video shoots
In case of video shoots, for small testimonials up to live events and advanced corporate movies, we plan everything in detail during the previous phases, such as locations for on-site recordings or studio, actors or your own employees, props, … Our professional crew will guide you through the shooting sessions, using the most appropriate equipment: 4K or 5K cameras, drone, timelapse cameras, director’s monitor, lighting set, audio gear.

After the voice recording and possible video shoot, we will edit, animate and develop your content based on the approved storyboard. Once the first version of the video or animation is complete, we’ll send you a preview to review. Based on your feedback, we will perform the corrections, submit them for approval and deliver the final version to you.

7. Localisation
We are used to localizing our videos into more than 20 languages for all markets. And we can take care of everything: from translating the original texts and having these translations recorded by professional voice talents all over the world or creating subtitles, to editing the animations, videos and interactive parts. During our workflow, we always keep specific culture differences in mind.

A happy project with a happy customer is all about dedicated project management. Therefore, we will assign an experienced Project Manager as a single point of contact for you throughout the duration of the project, and we will ask you to do the same.
